Minecraft won't uninstall but I can't play it either

I've been having a stupid amount of issues with Minecraft on my Xbox these past few days and today I couldn't launch my world so I decided to uninstall and reinstall but whenever I hit "Uninstall All" Minecraft didn't uninstall, I tried it a couple times, nothing. So I tried launching the game and then it spammed me with "Getting your game ready messages" non-stop for about 5 minutes and didn't launch, and it does that everytime, so now I can't play Minecraft or reinstall it.

EDIT: Ok it uninstalled and I reinstalled it but now I lost my year old world that I was trying to launch, thanks Microsoft.

If your digital Xbox game won't launch, try these steps:

Check for service outages.
Check for known issues with games.
If you see an error code, find out what it means in Search results.
Restart or power cycle your console and see if that fixes the problem.
Troubleshoot your network connection and see if that fixes the problem.
Verify that the game was purchased by this account.
Verify that you have a license for the game.

My disc copy doesn't load, but I can't even get to the main menu. For whatever reason it won't even let me uninstall the game either.

Ok so I figured I out if yu have this problem GO TO SETTING CLICK AND CLEAR SAVE GAME and it worked for me it's deleted atm
