    Minecraft won’t sync user data even though I was on it a few hours ago!


    All of a sudden the xbox one started running slow, some games will load while others will not. Was playing minecraft a few hours ago just fine now it wont sync user data and let me go on any of my worlds. I have hard reset the console, reset it and saved games and apps, deleted the games and re-installed with no luck and tried network connection, i have tried everything with no luck. Any help would be appreciated thanks

    Hi,

    try these 2 things

    1. Remove your account and add it back on your xbox

    2. Clear the mac-adress

    Let us know if it fixes the issue

    Hi FunLicense61876,

    Even if you've tried it already, run a hard power cycle on your Xbox (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console).
    In the meantime I would try running the same type of reset on your internet modem, just to make sure that your connection is running optimally. If neither of these work, you could run the game offline if possible.

    If you're still having issues with this game syncing after you've tried those, you might need to contact Xbox Support.
