Minecraft Won’t reinstall

If I uninstall and then reinstall won’t I lose everything??

that is what is happening to me. it says there is a 0KB update for minecraft, but when i click install it just sits in the queue and does nothing. i have 1.5 TB of space left due to having a storage card, i unplugged that and plugged it back in and nothing changed. i also plugged out the entire console and plugged it back in, changed wi-fi, uninstalled minecraft entirely and reinstalled minecraft, only to lose everything i had on it, and it still won’t load

unfortunately it won’t work. i’m logged into minecraft on another laptop, is it possible to see my email address in the minecraft launcher?

The achievements are not live in the database, so reinstalling and rebooting won’t help

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already done so, we suggest you try performing a

factory reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back in. Afterwards go ahead and try installing Minecraft. Let us know how it goes!

Unfortunately the problem persists. I took my console this morning to a game store to see if the problem was with my router but the same thing happened. I still can't install or update the game. I have
two Xone and this error occurs with both consoles (one is the original model and the other is the model S.) Thanks.
