    Minecraft won't play


    I have had minecraft for over about 6 years now and I just tried to start it up and it says "to play this you'll need to buy it and I checked my billing and everything I ls correct. And when going to the store it says I own Minecraft but game is not Installed but won't let me install anything and I even Uninstalled it and installed again and it still says I don't own it and not installed

    If it's Minecraft for Windows, simply sign out your account on Microsoft Store then restart your PC before signing back in. If this is Minecraft Java Edition please do the same, sign out on your Microsoft Launcher then restart before signing back in.

    So that we can best help, can you please clarify what happens when you try to play Minecraft? If you're getting an error message, what's the message you're receiving?

    If you haven't already tried, please power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off. Let us know if it helps :)
