Minecraft won't play or uninstall

    Minecraft won't play or uninstall


    Whenever I go to run Minecraft: Xbox One Edition it gives me the error code 0x80070490 (which is strange because I think it's a streaming video error?). So then I figured I'd uninstall and reinstall again. But when I press uninstall it remains on the screen.
    If I go to the store, it gives me the option of installing, however. Also, if I go to "manage game" it gives me the option to install there. No other games are giving me trouble. I tried deleting and redownloading others and it works fine. It's just Minecraft.
    I tried doing a hard reset and removing my profile and readding it. Nothing helps.

    What is the freaking deal?

    MINECRAFT ON XBOX ONE STALLS AT LOADING STAGE

    Hi All,

    We have Minecraft on Xbox 360 and Xbox One however Minecraft on Xbox one does not appear to be working.

    The problem started on the 22nd of April and my Daughter is not very happy that she cannot play Minecraft Minecraft won't play or uninstall :)

    Would anyone know how to fix this issue?

    I have attempted the following:

    - Uninstall - Won't uninstall

    - Quit game - Quits and when you get into Minecraft again, it stalls again...

    - Attempted to access "options" but stalls and freezes there too...

    Could someone assist? That would be great!

    Do I keep Xbox game pass games

    It won't uninstall them, but you won't be able to play them unless you renew game pass or buy them.

    Ok so I figured I out if yu have this problem GO TO SETTING CLICK AND CLEAR SAVE GAME and it worked for me it's deleted atm
