So, the only troubleshooting steps done was power cycling your console, right?

Is this happening only with Minecraft?

If you tried reinstalling the game one more time, the issue persists?

And, may I know if you tried using a different wifi network to download and open the game just to test?

And what I did as soon as it started freezing was I power cycled. Then as it turned it back on, it was still having troubles so I reset and everything stopped freezing and I could click the application.

But, I got that error message.

This is only happening with Minecraft. I also have Minecraft Xbox one edition and that works perfectly fine so it’s just Minecraft that’s having troubles starting.

And yes, after the first time I uninstalled it, all the times I have reinstalled it after, it has not cooperated at all. For one, all the times I reinstalled it, my Xbox freezes and I have to always reset for it to function properly. Second, It won’t boot the game up and I keep getting that error message. I don’t have another Wi-Fi network I can use for my Xbox to download it with.

This can be a bit odd but try this:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.

When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(if the issue persists use 1.1.1.1 as main DNS and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)

If that doesn't work try deleting your local saved data for Minecraft:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select My games & apps.

Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game & add-ons.

In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller, finally select Delete from console

If deleting from console doesn't work, select instead delete everything and give it a new try

Hi there. First try restarting your device by using your controller. If that doesnt work switch it off and unplug from the power suply for 15 seconds (I usually wait a minute to be safe). If that does not work did you get it from the games pass? If you did
are you still using games pass? If not that is why as it works like netflix you pay for a service to watch films/series you dont own but obviously game pass its games that you may not own. If you do own the game it doesnt matter if you have game pass.

If thats not the case hold the power button in for 30 seconds or until xbox powers down then wait another 30 seconds and press power button again this will clear the cashe of uneeded data (your saves will be fine in case you are wondering). If this does
not work the last thing I can suggest is remove your account from your xbox and re add it again (again your saves will be fine).
