Minecraft wont let me update on my xbox one

I have the disc for minecraft xbox one edition.

If you own a physical copy of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, and you've played five hours in the last twelve months, or bought DLC at any time, then you're entitled to a free update to the Bedrock version.

You should be brought to the Microsoft Store where the new version will be available for download.

What specific version do you have? Is this digital or disc? is it the original version or the bedrock version

The free upgrade offer expired quite a while ago

If you were on the bed rock version make sure that you are logged in under your account and the console is your home Xbox

It doesn't have the option that says "download the latest version of Minecraft for FREE!" on my Minecraft game.
