    Minecraft won't let me play multiplayer.


    This is despite the fact that my parent has enabled settings to play online, and other games work perfectly. Minecraft Java seems to be the only exception, where the buttons for multiplayer and such are grayed out. When I play a game such as Forza for example, it allows me to connect to the servers and play, so I see no reason why Minecraft should be any different. We have tried fixing it through the Microsoft Family app, however, it would not allow us to log in, displaying an error that says "too many requests". We have ran out of options, reinstalling the game several times, restarting the PC, logging out and back in, and have had no luck. Please reach out ASAP.

    And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

    Then perform this procedure. All of these steps may take some time to complete.

    1. Open Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    2. Copy and paste these commands execute them by pressing Enter, you must do this for each one.

    - sfc /scannow

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    3. In the Windows browser type "wsreset" and run that app.

    This will open the Microsoft Store, wait a few seconds and close it.

    Restart the PC, start the game and check if it is possible to access multiplayer.
