minecraft won’t let me log in

im so annoyed because this issue has been going on for 2 years. everytime i try to log into my xbox acc on minecraft it always says there is a problem, something went wrong, and to go to the website to fix it, but nothing works? no information on how to
fix it or anything. i cant log in. ive tried everything, like deleting and installing again. lost all my worlds, still didnt work. please please fix this issue, or let me know if theres anything else i can do. im on an ios mobile device
