    I was able to before but after an update it's saying use a different account with a namr to it but this is the account I was using is there any way to take it off of the device and put it back on or no?

    Sorry about that. Let’s try some steps that might help. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    Right-click the Launcher. Press “App Settings.” Browse the settings and hit “Repair,” followed by “Reset.” Then try signing in to the launcher again.
