    My son plays minecraft and on friday he went to play and tried to load it up and it keeps crashing after the meyjog screen bounces back to xbox home screan i have done a hard restart and unistaled the game and reinstalled it and still having the same problem... Any help will be much appreciated

    Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows, log in with the account that purchased the game in the upper right corner, then look for the game in the app and install it.
