Minecraft won't initialize

    Minecraft won't initialize


    Cannot load game. Screen shows " Exiting the game" and below that shows "finalizing" and the progress bar does not initiate.

    XBONE CONTROLLER DOESN'T WORK ON MY PC

    I have installed the right driver from the major nelson website but it still won't connect!

    It says ''Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware''

    PLEASE HELP!

    EA's Answer HQ is a community board. You won't actually find EA game development staff there, you'll find gamers just like yourself. So if there is a technical problem then the people there just can't help you.

    I'm going to guess you've done the old standby of deleting and redownloading your profile?

    Can I suggest you contact an EA Game Advisor that can be reached at
    help.ea.com/.../initialize    . Sorry for the UK link but I don't have those of any other region.

    • No
    2. Have you tried playing Minecraft on this device?

    • As I mentioned in my initial post, Java Minecraft plays fine. Bedrock Minecraft won't let me sign in.
    3. Did you sign in using the same account where your game is attached?

    • Yes
    4. After migrating your account, can you sign in successfully to Minecraft?

    • Yes, on the Java Version
    • No on the Bedrock Version (As I stated in my initial post)

    What type of network connection are you using, wired or WiFi?

    Did the initial setup finish? Account details etc.

    Are you getting any error codes?

    The lookup for
    Error code support     indicates you have a issue with your network.

    Turn off the console and power cycle your network hardware and wait till you have connectivity (green lights) before turning the console back on with a wired connection.

    Edit.. There is a live core issue at the moment affecting sign in
