Minecraft wont download

For some reason it says i got minecraft from gamepass but i spent the 30 dollars for the game so the only people to help me is Microsoft themselves because i did a factory reset,restart,unplug my router,cleard mac address and did a power cycle the only way to fix it is for Microsoft themselves do something about it so can you please tell them to help me with it please i spent the whole 30 dollars for it so can you tell them please.

Iv'e tried to access the RTX beta for Minecraft but when selected it
wont download and just takes me to the Minecraft store page.

I never bought minecraft and so it wont be in my transactions, it came already downloaded onto the pc.

I used to be able to play minecraft but now when i try to install the game it stops near the end please help

What version are you play ie bedrock or xbox1? Also are you part of the beta/insider program?

I don't know if you can download it somehow, but if you have Minecraft from the Windows store it should show up if you sign in with the same account. It wont however show up in the Minecraft Java version as that is very different.

Oh ok so if you have the old one then you will have to pay for Minecraft on PC since you will only get it on PC if you have specifically brought the Minecraft Bedrock Edition. But as it seems like you have the 360 edition that's a legacy version of Minecraft therefore you wont be able to download Minecraft on PC.
