Minecraft won't download on xbox app

I've tried to download Minecraft and it gives me an error every time.

I've made sure Windows 10 is up to date. reset microsoft store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the xbox app.

nothing.

Keeps giving me error code 0x00000001

This is more than a little silly.

Figured it out. Had to download Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store, then I was able to do everything.

Runs good and fast now that I've reset everything on Windows 27 times.

Try reinstalling the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10 device:

- Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

- In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page, and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

- Restart your device, and try to install the game again.

If that doesn't help, Go below in regedit and delete both keys and reboot.

Oh so sorry, Glad you have resolved this. That error is usually quite difficult to troubleshoot.

Please check if you can access the game by following the steps I’m going to share below:

-Download and open the Xbox app on your PC
-Verify that you sign in the Xbox app and the Microsoft account with the account that you used to purchase Minecraft.
-On the Xbox app, search for the Minecraft launcher once you click on Library and download it.

Note: in case the Minecraft launcher doesn’t appear there, look for it and download it by clicking “Microsoft Store” on the Xbox app.

-Once downloaded the Minecraft launcher, access with the account that owns the game and try launching Minecraft for Windows when the launcher downloads all the dependencies.

Got it, Timur in this case I can advise you other 2 things to try:

1. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system, sometimes this helps in case the SFC tool didn't work:

2. Create a Bootable USB drive with windows a perform a clean install for the actual version or instead install Windows 21H1 :
