    I saw your build with friends offer and it was time to renew my membership so I went ahead and bought a 3 month membership about a week ago and it said it would send me a code for Minecraft in the message center and I never receive a code

    I am in the same situation. I purchased the xbox live gold from the xbox dashboard ad with credit card. I never received Minecraft code...

    Wrong promotion

    I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.

    Many of have us buy Xbox Live to take advantage of this promotion. The Microsoft team to not even answer our messages. Outrageous!

    Hello,

    You will need to contact phone support again and reach out to them in regards to this code they were supposed to give you. Please make sure that when you contact them you make sure to give the customer service representative the SR (service request) number
    that you were given at the end of your previous conversation with customer service.
