Minecraft Windows edition not working

    Minecraft Windows edition not working


    When I try to load minecraft for windows wither on the new launcher or even just the game itself it loads up but after the mojang logo it just stays in the red screen and wont change.

    Also after like 5 minutes of it being in this screen it just closes it. I have tried reinstalling it and no luck there, it just does the same exact thing, all my drivers are updated, along with the newest version of windows 10. so yeah pretty much im out of ideas to fix it.

    What's on your Xbox would not be the Windows 10 Edition as that only works on PC. Did they give you a code for the Windows 10 edition?

    I haven't heard of any promotions with Xbox giving the Windows 10 Edition for free with purchasing the Xbox One version. There was a free upgrade from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to the current version which is just Minecraft.
