I tried to redeem a code for Minecraft Windows 10 edition which I got for free for owning Minecraft PC, but it says that the code has already been redeemed. It says that the code was redeemed on September 21, 2015. I first tried Microsoft Support, who referred
me to Mojang Support, who referred me to Xbox support, who referred me to this. Is there any way I can redeem the code? I think that this is because I tried to login to it yesterday, but the page crashed, causing me to be unable to redeem the code. Also, how
should I give the code to Microsoft Support privately?

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
Xbox One Edition. If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

Can you clarify where you received the code? Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide replacement codes if a code has already been redeemed. I'm not aware of a Minecraft offer, I'm curious if this through a third-party. Keep us updated so we can best help out.

 

It was an official promotion by Mojang.

Is there a way to check if the code is redeemed on an account? It's not on my account.
