    minecraft windows 10 unable to connect to the world


    when i play minecraft i can play with my brother even my friend from other countries can join but my friend that at the same country with me cant join its say unable to connect to the world even i cant join his world. i want to ask WHY! THIS IS HAPPEND?!?! is that wrong if play with may friend that live near with my house cant join?is there something wrong with minecraft? pls reply me why this happend and pls dont give a casual solution.give me a real solution that i need to do!!.me and friend play on windows 10 btw

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend first trying to reboot your network hardware. If that doesn't work try removing each other as friend then adding each other back as friend. Try these and let us know.

    Thank you for your response. There are a few troubleshooting fixes you and your friend my try. For starters, please visit: Minecraft Multiplayer Connectivity Issues. Please test everything listed in the article including NAT type connectivity and privacy/multiplayer settings. If you are still unable to connect with each other, please contact Mojang Support directly with details regarding the troubleshooting you have attempted so far.

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that your friend is unable to join your world while playing Minecraft. There are a few things to unload here before we can attempt to help you. Are you trying to play through a server on Minecraft Realms with your friend or are you trying to play regular multiplayer? Are you able to play other games with your friend online? Is your friend receiving an error code when they attempt to join the game?
