Minecraft Windows 10 - Stuck in Locating Server (HAPPENED TWICE.)

Hello everyone,

About a month ago, when attempting to join a friend's creative Minecraft world (he was hosting it on Xbox One Minecraft Bedrock Edition), my screen would say "Locating Server" for about 10 minutes before it eventually said "Unable to connect to world." I was trying to join his world hosted on Xbox One through Windows 10 Minecraft Bedrock Edition. After many searches, I had found no actual help. I tried it on three different platforms (iOS, Xbox One, Windows 10) and nothing worked. I tried it on different networks (I have three networks to choose from), and none of my attempts were successful. I tried it on Cellular Data and none of my attempts were successful. So, I realized the issue was clearly account based and not device or network based.

I created a second account. Things were running smoothly. I had to buy all of my texture packs again (totaling to around $15-20 USD) and I had obviously lost all the data from my other account on that specific world. It happened again today. After seeing that nothing has changed support-wise since I last had this issue, I thought making this thread would help. Hopefully someone can help me past telling me to reboot my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've already tried that. It didn't work on both occasions. I have rebooted my PC, deleted all my files for Minecraft, uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft on ALL devices,

signed in and out of my Microsoft accounts, checked my network status, et cetera, just about any routine solution that has nothing to do with the actual problem itself whatsoever...

Mojang has been no help either. There is a community bug report on their website, and it just says "unresolved". Yes, thousands of people are potentially losing access to a specific feature on a game that they paid for, and, in my case, paid for three times, just to be met with no urgency in resolving the widely common issue that has plagued the game for years.

I am requesting support for this issue. I would like to have it resolved. I understand not everyone can answer this, I understand that there are many possible sources for this issue whether it is on Microsoft's side or Mojang's side, but seeing the sheer lack of urgency to fix this issue (and just redirecting it to one big post) feels like a spit in the face to those who actually paid money for this service.
