Minecraft Windows 10 screen glitch

When I open up Minecraft Windows 10, the screen starts to glitch out. It only happens when I open another tab, however. I recently installed vcredist 2015-2019, so maybe that might be the cause of it? I have no idea, and I just need help. https://youtu.be/bxWzaPoLsq4

You can't see it, but I opened up another tab to start it.

So basically, the way I fixed the problem was to disable "Battery Boost" in Geforce Experience. I don't necessarily like this because I would kind of like to save my battery, but I don't often game on a battery, so I'll just have to deal with it. Thank

Hey, so I noticed that it only seemed to do the screen glitch when the laptop wasn't plugged in. I think that's because of how Geforce Experience enhances the gameplay when it's plugged in, and slows down the graphics card when it's not plugged in to save
power(or at least that's how I think it works). I'll try and fix that, and I'll get back to you if it works or not. Thank you!

Try right-clicking on Minecraft Launcher Shortcut > Select Troubleshoot Compatibility > Try Recommended Settings > Test the program

Windows 8 compatibility mode worked for me.

I right-clicked on the shortcut, and I couldn't find ''Troubleshoot Compatibility''. I should've mentioned that the version I have is from the Microsoft Store. It's not the one you get off of the Mojang website, I think you're thinking of that.
