Minecraft Windows 10 Realms privacy settings error

"You Need Permission" Issue

I have an issue with MC windows 10 realms

Upon attempting to create a realms world I receive this message

The problem is that even when all the privacy settings on my account are enabled as shown

I still receive the error message.

Any suggestions?

Eror in change my security & privacy settings

HI Microsoft( Xbox )

I have paid Minecraft from your windows 10 store and sing in with Xbox account.

My friends invite me to there realm but Minecraft told me that I should change my privacy settings I go to the website and

change my privacy setting but it still show me that I should change my privacy account

Pls help me I want to enjoy with my friends realm

Cant access minecraft realms. Minecraft windows 10 edition

I tried going into a friends realm and i got a privacy error. I acted accordingly and set all my privacy settings for windows 10 to allow. I still cant access it.

Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experience with Minecraft realms not working properly. The error message is saying "Cannot join multiplayer games" but is there any other error code or message? I would like to
ask a few clarifying questions first.

Is this a child or adult account being used?
Does Multiplayer or Local work with the account?
Which platform is being used? PC (Windows 10) or Xbox One

Please try the following: Remove account from Family.
Then try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save them this way. Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change
the Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, console etc.

My problem isn't on the Xbox console but with using Xbox live to sign in to the windows 10 version of minecraft on my PC. I'm completely unable to change any privacy settings on my account, so I can't log in to a friends realm. It seems to be an issue with
the Family settings - I have access to them on an adult assigned account, but I can't change them. I get the error message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later"

To change the Minecraft Realm privacy for everyone, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Xbox account.
Open the Xbox app and select “Minecraft.”
Select “Settings” and then “Privacy and security.”
Select “Change online privacy and security settings.”
Select “Everyone” to allow anyone to join your Realm, or select “Friends” to allow only your friends to join.
Save the changes.
