    Minecraft Windows 10 Purchase Disappeared


    I bought the How to Train Your Dragon pack off of the marketplace but did not realise I was not signed in and it asked me whether I wanted to sync it with an account or save to the device, I clicked sync with an account and now it says I do not own the product but the purchase was still made.

    Please try to check your game in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the game is in the account, I suggest to remove your account and add it back.

    Did you purchase Minecraft or Minecraft for Windows 10? If you went through the website, you may have purchased Minecraft which is for the console, not Minecraft for Windows 10 which is for the PC.

    Minecraft for the console and Minecraft for Windows 10 are 2 separate purchases. If you have the game for your console, you would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.

    Minecraft for Windows 10 is only for the PC. If you purchased and played on the Xbox, then you own the Xbox version of Minecraft. You would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.

    And the one it shows in your purchases is "Minecraft for Windows 10" not just "Minecraft" right? "Minecraft" is the console version. If you haven't purchased "Minecraft for Windows 10" you would need to purchase that in order to play it on the PC. When you get the message that it's looking for a device, it's usually looking for a console.
