    Hi there,

    I received a code for Mincecraft Windows 10 Edition, however it says it has been redeemed. I do remember redeeming the code on my account, however my account has no history of doing so and says I do not own the game whatsoever.

    I was wondering if someone could check the account my code is applied to in case I've forgotten about an old account? Or could help me in fixing this issue in anyway.
