    I know I know, I need to send this to mojang but they told me this

    "Because you log in with your Microsoft account to play Minecraft, you will need to reach out to Microsoft for assistance with any account-related issues. Minecraft support is not able to access this information."

    so thats why i came here so whats happening is that I can play Minecraft for windows in the microsoft store just fine. But when i switch to minecraft launcher I can't play it says "play trial"

    This error shows up trying to log in to download Minecraft launcher. Also shows up when I try to log into Minecraft launcher and the windows 10 launcher.

    Ok, you need to first confirm the account that owns the game here

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Once you find the account that has the game listed on the order history you need to log in with that account on the Microsoft store app, also on the Xbox app

    Uninstall the launcher that is currently installed and install it again from the Microsoft store app

    Could you share screenshots of what you mean please? Are you sure you are logged on the launcher with the account that made the purchase of the game and on the Microsoft store app with the same account?

    No, for some reason Minecraft.net does not show the purchased Minecraft Bedrock Windows 10 Edition. I did not run minecraft through the launcher, I downloaded it from the Microsoft store and just opened it without using the launcher.
