    Minecraft Windows 10 no longer installing...


    Yesterday I tried to join a friend's realm and the message "Couldn't join at this time, client outdated" Came up every time I tried, so after restarting my pc and checking everything for updates, I uninstalled the game. After opening the launcher, I pressed the install button, which then greyed out and said Play and did nothing after that. I assumed it was a problem with my pc after another attempt and restarted it. Trying again after the restart lead to the download trying to start, with the download bar at the bottom trying to load then saying error. I tried 10 or 15 times after this to install the game and only got my first result over and over. I finally tried uninstalling the launcher and reinstalling it. Even after reinstalling the launcher, the Game refuses to install, still just greying out the button. Is there any way to fix this or am I just going to have to try again after another update?

    Minecraft Windows 10 no longer installing...

    You need to download the Minecraft Launcher, which replaced the standalone Windows 10 version in the store. That is up to date.

    So i have minecraft xbox one editon which gives a free download to minecraft windows 10. Ive been playing windows 10 minecraft for a while now and i just got a trail fro gamepass and when it expired it said i was no longer able to play minecraft
    windows 10. This doesnt make sense because i had been playing it before i had got game pass. And i tried to restart my xbox and delete the game and install it back but now it says i must pay $20 for the game i already owned.

    Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
    Xbox One Edition    . If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

    Did you buy "Minecraft" or "Minecraft for Windows 10"? "Minecraft" is the console version and it sounds like it's looking for a console to install it on.
