Minecraft Windows 10 Minecoins

I just bought the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition starter pack that comes with 700 minecoins, and when I opened the game I signed in to my microsoft account that I usually use for minecraft (which is not the same one I bought the game with), and the minecoins didn't show up in the shop. So I signed out and then logged in with my laptop's account that I bought the game on and I do have the minecoins. Is there any way to move them over to my other account?

I have almost the same problem, I've purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection, everything works fine, I have the addons too, but on the Marketplace I have 0 Minecoins. Is there something I should be doing to get the 1,000 Minecoins?

Yes same problem here I bought "Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection" but wasn't credited with the "700 Minecoins".

Same thing happening to us. Microsoft website showing correct account balance, but buying minecoins from Minecraft on Win 10 fails because it thinks balance is much lower ($1.16 instead of $17.17).

Confusingly, buying games from the Windows 10 store works. So the glitch seems to be Minecraft specific.
