1. Since you have bought the game, may we know if it is under a Mojang account or Minecraft account?
   
2. Where is the game stored (Drive C or Hard drive)? Did you reinstall the game from Microsoft Store or Xbox?
   
3. Have you tried accessing the same game on a new or different local user of your Windows PC? Please use this as guide, Create a local user or administrator account in Windows
   
4. When did this issue happen? Are there any possible changes/updates made before this stuck in 36% launching of Minecraft happened?
   
5. Is this happening to other games installed on your device?

Hello, thanks for replying!

1. I do not have the free trial, I bought the game. I do not have gamepass

2. Yes, I installed the latest windows update and graphics card drivers

3. I have tried opening the game using Minecraft launcher as well as opening the game directly, neither of which has resolved the issue

4. I am not using a VPN or antivirus

1. Are you in free trial? What type of subscription do you have?

3. Are you using Minecraft Launcher to launch Minecraft Windows 10? There is a known issue regarding Minecraft Launcher, please check here Minecraft Launcher on Game Pass for PC.
   
4. Are you connected to VPN or are you running any antivirus? Try to temporary disable or turn off and launch Minecraft for Windows 10.
