Minecraft Windows 10 key stolen, support refuses to help, any suggestions?

As the title suggests, it seems my Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition key has been stolen before I had a chance to activate it. All I'm getting from support is "we don't know where it went, so there's nothing we can do". This just doesn't make sense to me, I
purchased this, and have receipt of said purchase, and from the looks of it I'm not the only one this has happened to. Just a quick google search of "Minecraft Windows 10 key already redeemed" will show you what I mean. Something like this would never happen
on steam, I'm so baffled as to how I can't use the software I paid good money for, any help is appreciated.

Minecraft Windows 10 beta key activation failed on Windows Store

I got a key from Mojang on my Mojang-Account for Minecraft Win10 Beta.

I tryed to activate it in the windows store on win 10, but I got an error message: HmQNvv6qkEmFsUd+.19.2

And they say to me the key is allready activated.

First I wrote an e-mail to Mojang. They told me following:

After that I chated with the windows-support:

They told me: yes the key is activated, but that´s all they can see. They can´t even see what the key is for.

But she told me to write down the problem here and the Microsoft Support Code, but I got 3 from her.

Minecraft Xbox one

So I own a copy of minecraft java and pocket edition, but also own an xbox. I use a mac so I am unable to use my free windows 10 key. I redeemed the key in hoping that I could install it on my xbox but I was unable. I find it a bit extreme that I have to
pay additional money for a game that I have paid for twice, and believe that instead of getting a windows 10 key, you get a key for any of the devices that support the better together update.
