Minecraft Windows 10 (I need HELP)

Hey,

I need help. I have Minecraft Windows 10. There was a kind of error code where my dad had to log in to confirm that I can play.

So he logged in but now every time I open Minecraft my PC starts to lag awful and I have to restart my PC. Please help me!

Can't redeem a code for Minecraft Windows 10

Hi,

When I want to redeem my Free code for Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft, the MOJANG Website returns me this :

"Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be on their way. Please check back later!"

The MOJANG Support reply me this :

Hi Romain, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Minecraft for Windows 10. Code redemptions and purchases are made through the Windows Store, and help is provided by Xbox Support.

So, can you help me ? I've the Java version of Minecraft I bought her and have the screenshot on my Mojang account. And I need the Windows 10 version of Minecraft because I'm now on Windows 10 x64 Professionnal Edition.

Impossible to get my free code to activate Minecraft Windows 10 edition

Hi, I bought minecraft Java edition few days ago, after, I'm trying to get my free code to activate the windows 10 edition on my Mojang Account but there is no code!!

I tried the next day but same error.. I sent an email to the Mojang Support, this is the answer :

Minecraft for the console and Minecraft for Windows 10 are 2 separate purchases. If you have the game for your console, you would need to purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 in order to play it on the PC.

Thanks for asking this question on the Xbox forums. In regard to any codes for a free version of Minecraft for Windows 10 with the purchase of Minecraft Java version, that would need to come directly from Mojang. According to their website, "Players
who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account."

Should you like to check your ability to claim this code, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Mojang Support article entitled
Minecraft for Windows 10.
If it is determined that you're not eligible, then you would need to purchase that particular version in order to use it.
