    MineCraft Windows 10 Errors


    Hello,

    I previously had issues playing Cross-Console MineCraft with friends. I fixed this issue many months ago by changing some settings in my XBOX Live account. However, recently I have been unable to join worlds yet again. I know it isn't the same issue as before
    because I had previously fixed it already. It was working perfectly fine until one day my MineCraft: Windows 10 Edition crashed on me and wouldn't let me join any worlds after the incident. It has been a few weeks now since this has happened.

    I have tried everything to fix this issue. I tried to log into my XBOX Live account on Support to check my settings yet again but have lost access to my back-up email currently set on my account. I changed the email and it allowed me to log in to my XBOX
    Live account on support, but it will not let me edit my Online & Privacy Settings as it says "You can't access this site right now. This site requires a security code to sign in." It is telling me "When
    your security info updates in approximately a months time you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code." I am unsure what else the problem could be, and I'm unable to access my
    settings to check or fix it.

    How do I get my MineCraft to allow me to join worlds again?

    Is there a specific error code that you get with that error message? It sounds like there may a network issue, or there may be other software installed on your Windows 10 PC that may be interfering with connecting to the game's servers. To start, let's try
    uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition from your Windows 10 PC. You can uninstall Minecraft from the app list within the Start Menu on Windows 10, and reinstall the game through the Windows Store.

    To change your skin in minecraft windows 10 edition, click your character on the main menu. The website you're trying to use is for the original minecraft for pc, or commonly known as java minecraft. Even though both games are minecraft for pc, they are
    totally different products. That explains the error you're receiving; you don't actually own minecraft for pc/mac, you own minecraft for windows 10.
