Hello, when I try to connect my microsoft account (the same one I use for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and Xbox games in general) to my PSN account, I get the following error"We tried to sign you in to your microsoft account, But something went wrong.”

There could be a number of reasons that this may be happening.

1. Are you using the correct credentials for your Microsof Account?

2. Do you have an internet connection?

3. If either 1 or 2 isn't the case try unistalling the game and reinstall it.

4. If all the above doesn't work please contact Microsoft Support

download Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition for free.

You will have to install the minecraft launcher first.

To play Minecraft: Java Edition, download and install the correct launcher for your operating system. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Java Edition.

To play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, you will need a device running Windows 10 or 11 to download and install the newest version of the Launcher, within which you can launch and play Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Sign into the Launcher using your Microsoft account, and you will be able to run Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.
