Minecraft windows 10 edition used key

We can't see the time and date your keys were activated.

We in this forum are just normal users like you, and we don't have access to that information.

If you are asking this because you bought non-working codes from a key reseller like G4A, CDKeys and the likes, then I'm afraid you fell victim to a fraudulent seller.

They often sell used codes, and if you complain about the code being used, they want you to find out when the code was activated.

However, due to privacy reasons, they can't tell you that information. The fraudulent seller knows that.

If you complain about that to the site hosting the seller, the seller tells the site, that they WOULD like to refund you, but YOU do not provide the necessary information for the refund.

That way the seller can continue selling used keys to the next gullible victim, which is unable to complain about their loss.

Unfortunately you can NOT see which code was used on which email.

Try to remember which emails you used in the past, and sign into those old emails for purchase confirmations and the likes.

order history to see when they were redeemed. The only other way is to request a call from support or chat.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call or chat.
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
