    Hello,

    I have a question about Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, and whether or not I can restore my product. Back in March, I redeemed a code for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and the application was working properly until today. Today when I have tried to use the
    product I was told that I do not have the full version, which would be untrue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, and it still isn't functioning properly. I have also tried running wsreset.exe in the command prompt application to see
    if the Windows store was the issue, which did not seem to be the case as I was still signed in properly. I checked my purchase history and owned products and it still said that I owned the product, the only thing that doesn't seem to be working is the application
    itself. Every time I try to use the product I am told that I need to purchase the full version of the product and then it leads me to the Windows Store and tells me that I have not purchased a premium form of the product, which is the case. I have the lowest
    tier which only includes the game and no extras. Do I need to make another purchase to use the product that all other places say I still own and have purchased? Any help will be appreciated, thank you for your time.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    We've seen a few other similar threads recently about the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft that was redeemed from the code provided by Mojang either being downloaded as a trial or asking those who redeemed it previously to re-buy
    the license.

    I suggest checking your Microsoft account's order history and also the games owned by the account by visiting the two following links:


    Let us know if you can find evidence that your account still owns the game license for Minecraft Windows 10 edition.

    I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....
    There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

    On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

    As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

    However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.
