    Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Privacy Issues


    So, I have been playing this game for quite a while. I have signed into Xbox Live ever since I got the game. After the new update, when I tried to join a server or add friends, it would say something like "You cannot do this because of how your Xbox Live
    account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & online safety settings on Xbox.com."

    I believe that this shouldn't be shown because I did check my privacy & online settings and every single setting is ticked as Allow or Anybody. I have also been searching on the web for help, but nothing seems to be happening.

    Please Xbox, fix this my gamer tag is 'DepleLeBuck67'.

    How do i get Minecraft Java with the Windows 10 Edition?

    So I bought Minecraft Windows 10 edition and I read that if you had Minecraft Java edition you could get the Windows 10 edition. I am just wondering if there is any way to get Minecraft Java edition with the Windows 10 edition. Thanks!

    Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

    Hey there DepleLeBuck67.

    Do you have a parent account tied your Microsoft Account by chance? If so, you'll need to sign into that account to make changes to your account's privacy settings.

    Let's have you start out by changing your Windows 10 login to a local account. You can do this under Settings and Log-in Settings. Once you've moved to a local account, restart your PC and try adding your profile back for your Windows 10 sign-in.
