    Hi Guys,

    Just a few quick questions around a not so recent purchase we made of Windows 10 Minecraft edition.

    Is it possible to gain a refund outside of the 14 day period?

    Reason: I started game purchases on behalf of my son using my linked email account and this creates an issue now that my son would like all games he has purchased to be linked to his account and profile.

    Is it possible to gain a refund in order that I purchase the Java edition and be able to swap out the linked email account to my sons?

    Kept getting this error for logging in and saving minecraft stuff to an account:

    The above happens when I load minecraft and select save to Microsoft Account (when I'm logged into my profile on Win10).

    Can I use my Microsoft account to install Minecraft on my PC?

    The Minecraft Editions you own on all your consoles are different editions of the game and are not the same as the windows 10 edition which requires you to buy it first. You will need to login into your Microsoft account though to play it.

    and under the “My Games” heading you will find a button to claim your gift code. If you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition after October 19th, 2018, the button will not be there, so if you’re unsure of when you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition, that’s a good
    way to check. Pressing the button will generate a token and send you to a Microsoft redemption page.
