Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Delay

Hello, I've been playing Minecraft Windows 10 Edition for years now but I stopped and just got back. I'm experiencing lags or delays whenever i play on servers (hive and any feature servers), but when I play on a local world, the delay is not there. I don't think it has something to do with my internet because i have a good ping ranging to 50-100ms, my fps is also not the problem. It's like my perspective, others are not laggy and delayed but in there pov, i am laggy. I tried anything I could find online but it's not fixed still. Please help me out!

Please optimize Network Settings by chaning your DNS server to a faster one, like Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1). This can improve your connection to the server.

And then adjust Minecraft settings. To do this, lower your render distance and graphics settings to reduce the load on your system because even if your FPS is fine, this can help with server-side lag.

Next is to update drivers and Java. Make sure that your graphics drivers and Java Runtime Environment are up to date because outdated versions can cause performance issues.

Then disable background applications. Please close unnecessary applications running in the background that is using your network or CPU.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection.

Test it out if the delay is there even if you are using a wired network.

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....

There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.

I bought the Windows 10 version of Minecraft by mistake, but the one I wanted was the java edition.

I saw that anyone who buys minecraft java edition is entitled to minecraft Windows 10. Is the reverse also true? Who buys minecraft windows 10 is entitled to minecraft java edition?

If so, how do I access the java edition version at no additional cost?

Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
Xbox One Edition. If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.
