Minecraft Windows 10 Edition- charged for coins, did not receive

What happened is this-

I attempted to purchase Minecraft coins in the Windows 10 version. I received an error message that said "Unable to process, please contact your payment provider" with the first card I tried. So I used my other card and received the error message "Something
went wrong on our end Error code 0x80070490". I then checked both account- $5.99 had been processed from the first card and $9.99 from the second card. I reopened Minecraft, no coins. I googled "Paid for Minecraft coins and did not receive" and tried every
troubleshoot I found. I rebooted my computer, checked for updates, etc. I finally reached out to Microsoft Support. The rep refunded the $5.99 and attempted several troubleshoots (which I had already done once), then she suggested I contact Xbox support as
it seemed to be an issue with the game itself and that Xbox support could process a refund if the coin purchase did not show up. I then spent nearly 2 hours being put on hold and rerouted through several Xbox reps who kept saying it's a Windows 10 issue. I
finally was put through to a rep who attempted to help. She would only process a refund if I promised to repurchase the coins. I had no problem with doing that. Once the refund was processed, I attempted to purchase the coins again. I received the same error
"Something went wrong on our end Error code 0x80070490". She said it was because I was not purchasing it through the Xbox app. I tried to get her to understand that it doesn't matter if I open Minecraft through the app or click on the icon from my pc screen,
it still opens Minecraft in a separate app. She then had me go through the same troubleshoots as I had already been through, said she would expedite my concern and have someone call me. She asked if I had a console, I told her no. She then emailed me a code
for free Xbox gold membership which is of no use to me.

So as of today, I still am showing no Minecraft coins yet have been charged $9.99 in my bank account. I have finally heard back from Mojang who said I needed to contact Xbox support.

hi

i dont know if this is the right forum or not but i just bought minecraft coins on windows 10 edition and i did not recieve them.

instead it gave a error and in my microsoft account it says that i did purchase them.

please help me

Dear Xbox Support,

when Microsoft released the new Minecraft windows 10 edition beta, Microsoft allowed free redeem codes for players who have the Java edition of Minecraft for a free windows 10 edition Minecraft. I received the redeem code and activated the code. When I opened
the windows 10 store and tried to buy Minecraft windows 10 edition it kept crashing on me so I decided to restart my computer, after I did that the store was working again but for some reason my code did not work so I couldn't get Minecraft windows 10 edition.
It said I already redeemed the code, yes I did but it showed it was unavailable in my account so i couldn't get Minecraft windows 10 edition beta.

I could just buy the game and that will solve my problem, but to me I think it is unfair. I owned Minecraft Java edition when 1.7.10 was out and like I said before I got the code it just wont work. the windows store said "free for players who own Minecraft
java edition." That is why I wont buy it since I should have gotten it for free.
