    Hi, i recently started playing minecraft windows 10 edition because all my friends moved over to this version but I have a problem with the game. I changed my gamertag and now it is the gamertag I have chosen but on my minecraft I still have the random minecraft
    generated name. Do you know how can I change it since i already changed my gamertag?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. If you redeemed your Minecraft game code it will show under your Microsoft account orders. If it's not showing up under the account you're checking it could be a possibility it was redeemed in a different account. I suggest
    for you to go over your accounts that you have and check the
    order history     to see if you find where you redeemed this game code. To be able to use the game and have access to it you need to have the game owned on your account.
