    Minecraft Windows 10 beta key activation failed on Windows Store

    I got a key from Mojang on my Mojang-Account for Minecraft Win10 Beta.

    I tryed to activate it in the windows store on win 10, but I got an error message: HmQNvv6qkEmFsUd+.19.2

    And they say to me the key is allready activated.

    First I wrote an e-mail to Mojang. They told me following:

    After that I chated with the windows-support:

    They told me: yes the key is activated, but that´s all they can see. They can´t even see what the key is for.

    But she told me to write down the problem here and the Microsoft Support Code, but I got 3 from her.

    So here they are:

    I hope somebody can help me out yet. Cause the support said that´s all I can do.

    Activate ''Minecraft : Windows 10 Edition'' on the new email , i need a new key!

    I received the key to the "Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition '' (because I have original minecraft on account mojang), the problem is, I activated in my old e-mail.

    Use different emails to switch between versions is something that bothers you.

    I was wondering if you could send me a new key to be activated on my new email.

    *I spoke to mojang and they told me to speak with you.

    * I'm not trying to get something for free, you can disable the Current key!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We do not send the codes for the Windows 10 edition. These come from Mojang. Here is the steps on how to claim the Windows 10 version.

    1. Go to minecraft.net

    2. Login with your MC Java account.

    3. Click big green "Buy Minecraft" button.

    4. You will get a screen saying: You already own Minecraft, and below that, in small text, a link provided to claim your Win10 edition.

    5. Follow that link and provide your Win10 (Microsoft) account.

    6. Open MS store in Win10, look for Minecraft. It should now say that you own it.

    7. Install and play.
