minecraft win10: cannot buy realms or minecoins

"we're unable to connect to the marketplace. maybe check your internet connection?"

everything else works, but trying to join realms trial, or to buy minecoins, i get that message.

(same error on different computer and account too)

since its still broken (cannot buy realms, or coins, or trials), i purchased bedrock server outside,

and its running already, lifetime one payment (no realm fees, 20+ players in server etc).

thanks, pretty sure that some of their support pages says contact microsoft/xbox support for realms (and or bedrock version) issues..

oh well.. soon 1 week over, no replies from support, no action in the mojang bug reports site (its filling up with similar issues)..

so it seems that its broken for many people, since several days now..

hopefully gets fixed when weekend is over.

As this is a Mojang Support issue, which they have acknowledged and are working on a solution, we will be locking this thread since there is nothing else that can be done about this issue on the Xbox forums. All you can do is wait for Mojang to fix the Minecraft
