Minecraft Wild Update Xbox x game pass

Thanks - the game has updated but only on one of the profile accesses. Is there a reason for this?

The update should be available for everyone. Kindly perform the powercycle again.

Hi NicolaMulgrew, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You should be able to update the game by now. To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Thanks for reply Brad,yes I tried all of them options they all passed Nat type was Open which is good after resetting Router plugging Xbox One X back on internet still no Multiplayer in Hunter call of the Wild then tried Call of Duty and Multiplayer worked
Fine in that Game. Hunter call of the wild had just Updated with major fixes but apparently caused Multiplayer problems on Xbox one X will investigate from there.

I have had a look on the store link for the game, and it states it is available on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, which means it is a play anywhere title. Plus the outer wilds is not on game pass for PC, or on game pass for console, and yet I can still install the PC version on my computer at no extra cost to me.
