A simple fix that has worked for some users, including myself, was to sign out and then sign back in.

If that does not work, you can try to access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

It doesn't let me submit a help ticket, it has a field that asks me to put "What is the subject of your question" but it doesn't let me write anything in it. It only has a drop down menu that says "Delete Account" but I do not want to delete my account. When I try writing my own question into the text box it says "No Options" and leaves it as blank. But it is a required field for submitting the ticket. What do I do?

EDIT: I ended up changing the report category to "Realms Info" even though it is not a realms related question, and it let me submit a report. Nothing else would let me submit one.
