Minecraft vs. Game pass?

Like Minecraft vs Zombies (minecraft) . Maybe the game also Plants vs Zombies ?

You'll need to either buy it or re-up Gamepass because its basically like a game rental/streaming service. You pay for the subscription and you get to download and play ALL the games until it expires, when it does you'll need to re-up it or buy the game
you wanted. Since the newest version of Minecraft is on Gamepass you'll probably need to buy it if you don't want Gamepass again.

The version just called "Minecraft" is probably the one you want, do not buy the version called "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" unless that was the version you were playing. The one with "Xbox One Edition" in the title is the
older version, the one just called Minecraft is the Windows 10/Bedrock version that is updated frequently.

Yes, any game you played while having the gamepass will only be available to you during your subscription. When deciding your choices, you should work out how many other games you played while on Gamepass or whether the main one was just Minecraft.

If you purchase Minecraft, all the progress you made while on the Gamepass you will still have, which is a bonus for you. Also, if you haven't uninstalled the game when you do purchase it, you won't be asked or explected to reinstall.

you need to buy minecraft for xbox one, it is not the same as the xbox 360, or you can buy the game pass to play it, because minecraft is in it
