Minecraft Version Compatability

Hi!

My son created a cool world on Minecraft PE on his phone. We have been trying for hours to figure out how to get that world off of his phone and imported into Minecraft Windows 10 edition on his PC. We're getting nowhere. There's no export function within
Minecraft PE that I can find. I've tried downloading and installing MCEdit, but that's getting me nowhere. It is *not* user friendly.

A) Is it *possible* to export a world from Minecraft PE and import it into Minecraft for Windows 10?

B) If it *is* possible, *how* do we do it? Please give me simple instructions if you can -- explain it to me like I'm a 5 year old. I'm getting so frustrated trying to figure this out. Figured it should be relatively simple, but it's not turning out that
way.

There are different versions of Minecraft on Xbox One! Theres Minecraft Xbox One Version, Minecraft (compatible with pc, mobile, switch).

The Version that you say Minecraft Windows 10 its only for Windows PC.

No. The 360 version of Minecraft is not backwards compatible.

It might be a complication with the age of the world, it may not be compatible with newer versions of minecraft.

There is a way of transferring worlds from Mobile to Windows 10.

You will need to start a realm. 30 days free trial.

Upload the world from the mobile to the Realm. Sign in with the same account on the windows 10 version and you can download the world from there.

Sweet! We'll give that a try. We've done realms before, so my son is familiar with how those work. ((fingers crossed)) that this works for us.
