Minecraft V1.19.2 Mods won't Download

My Son has a large collection of Mods on Minecraft. In the past month we have been unable to download any new Mods or update any existing downloads. We can buy them, but as soon as we hit "download" the loading bar comes up and sits empty.
We have 14 games sitting locked in the que and 2 new games we bought that we cannot play.
Am I missing some add on or update?

We are using Windows edition V 1.19.2

I haven't found anything online about this. If you can help you would be my Kid's hero!

So, the download simply doesn't start inside Minecraft?

May I know if you tried using another wifi network to see how it goes?

By the way, which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this issue?

Actually by the Minecraft changelog, the v1.19.10 is newer than v1.19.2. So your friend on the v1.19.2 should update to v1.19.10.

No there probably won't be mods since they technically aren't supported by Mojang and it doesn't say anywhere on the Minecraft Wiki that there will be mods.
