Working for me here in the UK, reduction shows from £13.99 down to £3.99

I bought digital on 360 and i got it for £3.99 on the one, just have to decide whether or not to buy skyrim mashup anyone have it?

It's ok, if you are a super fan of Skyrym it's fun at first especially seeing the recreations of the towns but I didn't really get much more out of it than the fantasy pack which is much cheaper.

So just chatted with Ms support. They say the discount is only for the downloadable version of minecraft at the moment. Disc based should be soon is all they said.

If you want to do it that way.... buy the Xbox 360 version, then on the Xbox One... buy the upgrade.

Do you know if they plan to sell MCX1 to child accounts? Currently, the store will not let child or teen accts make the purchase.

I am asking because my son owns the 360 version and he is the only one getting the discount price, but the store won't sell it to his account.

guys, was showing as full price for me as well, so i fired up 360 version, uploaded one of my worlds for use on the ONE, then went back on to the ONE and it showed at £3.59.

@Necroscope -- I don't know, sorry. You might have to phone Support for a question like that, because the only way to get a discount is to buy the game on the account that purchased the game for the 360 version.

Some games offer a free upgrade or reduced price to upgrade to the Xbox One but for the most part they use different programming so are not compatible.

Oh, just a friendly reminder though that Minecraft Xbox One Edition is no longer available it was upgraded to Minecraft bedrock edition. Were you able to upgrade before when it was given for free?

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this upgrade offer was a limited time offer or not, but I do know the it would upgrade to the Minecraft: Xbox One edition which is not available on the store anymore. The newer version of the game which is considered a 'different' game and
is just called Minecraft, is the only one available on the store and for that version this upgrade offer never been available.

So it might result in it being the best option to purchase that new version of the game that was called Minecraft.

Maybe others in here have a different suggestion or a way to upgrade

Question, Have you purchased Minecraft on Xbox 360 and connected it to your profile? Also have you tried to Actually purchase Minecraft Xbox One Edition? You should take a look at this post:
