  1. Minecraft "Unable to Load World" Xbox Series X Help!!!!

I recently purchased the xbox series x, and have run into a number of issues while trying to run Minecraft. I have a main creative world where I have spent nearly 50+ hours building a castle/space port and have run into the issue "There was a problem loading this world". I have consulted many forums suggesting to restart my internet connection, uninstall my Minecraft, re-sync local data, delete local/saved data, copied my existing world into a purchased realm for 3.99/month and have still encountered the same issue. This is extremely frustrating, and I have exhausted nearly every other option. My gamertag is Gravityss, and I would sincerely appreciate any help regarding this issue. I don't know what else I can do beside copy my world data to a USB and repair it on the desktop version. Please let me know what I can do.

    :)

Minecraft "Unable to Load World" Xbox Series X Help!!!!

Hello there @CameronDillehay, I hope everything is going well!

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

In case the issue still persists after the previous steps have been performed here is the official link to all the network troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you.

The link: Troubleshoot your Xbox One network connection | Xbox Support

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out! All the best!

    Kind Regards

    Stay safe, and happy gaming!

"Unable to Load World" Minecraft Xbox Series X Help!!!!

    @XBF Zineb F,

thank you for the in depth response to my issue.

I began following your directions, starting with a cleared mac address with a simultaneous router restart. While the router was restarting I took the luxury of time and began a power-cycle for the console, unplugging everything and waiting well over 10 minutes just in the hopes that it would work. I know previously that my network settings listed my wireless NAT type as OPEN, and verified again just to make sure nothing had changed.

After finalizing the first series of instructions, I attempted to restart the Minecraft application hoping that functionality would resume as normal. To my dismay, the game reacted like nothing had changed. It loaded normally, took me to the menu where I opened my main creative world, only to see a "syncing user data bar", followed by a brief loading page before being greeted with the now infamous "Unable to Load this World" message that I received for the first time last week.

At this point, I knew I needed to begin performing the more desperate measures. I began by opening my AmpliFi Wi-Fi router application on IOS, and created all 7 of the port forwarding rules as mentioned above. After setting these new rules, I restated my Xbox, and attempted to reload Minecraft when I received the same message, "Unable to Load this World".

As a final resort, and your final suggestion, I performed an entire system reset from the xbox system settings menu page using the option "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" method. After configuring the new console on the xbox app, I attempted again; opened Minecraft, noticed some longer than usual "Syncing User Data" screens, and once I clicked on my world, I was then greeted with the same message, "Unable to Load this World".

Is it possible this could be a hardware issue? I feel almost hopeless at this point and am very sad to see this level of issues with this brand new console.

I sincerely look forward to your response and appreciate any further guidance,

I hope I can get this resolved eventually.

Minecraft world “failed to sync properly”

I followed the steps and the world still seems to be de-synced/corrupted. I loaded, a saved and quit the world on the Xbox one, and powercycled, then loaded the world on the Series X, but the same message popped up. It did bring up a screen saying “syncing data for Minecraft” with a load bar, though. Any other ways to upload this world? *Apologies for the bad image quality*

Also, it might be worth noting that the world is labeled as being 456 MB on the Xbox series X, while only 350-ish on the Xbox One.
