    Minecraft Unable to Connect


    Hi, I have a Nintendo Switch and have been fine joining cross platform world until today. I have restarted the system, deleted and redownloaded minecraft, logged in and out, and more. However, it still shows the loading screen and then "unable to connect to world" when i try to join other players games. Does anyone have a solution for this?

    How do you sign in to a minecraft account but your account is already connected but it doesn't work???

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to play with your Microsoft account, however you can visit Minecraft's website and check the connected accounts to your Minecraft account. If you're unable to find any connected accounts, you can go ahead and contact the support for Minecraft as we do not handle connecting accounts.
