    Hi there, I, like many other people have this problem where for some reason I can't get to join an old world on Windows 10 from my Xbox One. Joining worlds on the Xbox from Windows is perfectly fine, it's just the other way around that doesn't work. My NAT
    says 'Open' in both Xbox and Windows, I've restarted the game multiple times and still isn't working. One time, I disabled my firewall in my computer and then the Xbox could join, but then 30 seconds later it said 'disconnected' and it couldn't connect back
    again.

    Microsoft can you PLEASE FIX THIS and HELP ME?

    have you tried port forwarding to see if that fixes the issue?

    Ah this is a problem that was occurring with me a while ago. Firstly, do you use a hotspot as an internet source such as personal hotspot on iphone? If so, this appears to not provide a strong enough connect to another players world and cannot provide
    a strong enough connection for you to host a world. So basically you should try switching internet sources. If doing this does not work and the issue persists, please contact xbox support at https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/contactus/ .
    The staff are very friendly and the conversations are usually short as they are able to solve your problem in no time! Hope this helps.

    Hey, I use an ethernet cable for my PC and wireless connection for the xbox.

    Yesterday it just started connecting fine again, so I hope it stays that ways.
