Boa noite,tenho um xbox one s e nele tenho 2 perfis,nos dois perfis eu jogo minecraft,só que em um perfil o minecraft fica travando e no outro não, alguém poderia me ajudar?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a game crashing. Have you tried

uninstalling and reinstalling the profile of the one crashing? Also, do you switch directly from one profile to the other without completely quitting the game? Make sure to quit the game completely before switching profiles.

Its not Xbox one edition but I bought Minecraft on the Xbox one s for $19.99 when I look at Minecraft on my xbox it says MINECRAFT but nothing else.
